Not all spare parts are available in stock at all times. Depending on the type of spare part, it may need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. On each product online, there’s a notification of the stock status.

Free shipping is currently not available. Fixed shipping rates apply to delivery locations. You can also request to pickup your order at designated pick-up locations.

Generally, delivery times for items shipped from within Lagos is 24-48 hours and 3-5 days for trans-state orders. For items shipped directly from a manufacturer internationally, delivery times can range from 7-14 days for international orders.

Click on the Order Tracking link on the website and fill in your Order ID as well as your billing email to track your order.

Items sold in good condition are non-refundable. For other claims please send a mail with the order details to shop@oawng.com and we will respond to your request.

We sell 100% original brand spare parts and will provide warranty as provided by the manufacturers.
